Located 6 miles east of Manchester city centre and easily accessible from all parts of the North West via the M60, M62 and M67 motorways.
From the M67...
- At junction 3, exit toward Stalybridge/Dukinfield
- Turn left at A627/Clark Way
- Turn right at A627/Newton St, continue to follow Newton St
- Continue on B6170/Old Rd
- At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto B6170/Bennett St
- Turn left at Ashton Rd/B6170
- Slight right at B6175/Cheetham Hill Rd
- Turn right at Yew Tree Lane
- Continue across junction to stay on Yew Tree Lane
From the M60...
- At junction 24, take the M67/A57 exit to Denton/Hyde/Sheffield
- At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto M67
- ...then follow direction as for M67 above
