Located 6 miles east of Manchester city centre and easily accessible from all parts of the North West via the M60, M62 and M67 motorways.

From the M67...

  1. At junction 3, exit toward Stalybridge/Dukinfield
  2. Turn left at A627/Clark Way
  3. Turn right at A627/Newton St, continue to follow Newton St
  4. Continue on B6170/Old Rd
  5. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto B6170/Bennett St
  6. Turn left at Ashton Rd/B6170
  7. Slight right at B6175/Cheetham Hill Rd
  8. Turn right at Yew Tree Lane
  9. Continue across junction to stay on Yew Tree Lane

From the M60...

  1. At junction 24, take the M67/A57 exit to Denton/Hyde/Sheffield
  2. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto M67
  3. ...then follow direction as for M67 above
